2. Personal data we collect
We collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary to operate the website and respond to enquiries.
2.1 Data you provide directly
- Contact information when you email us: your name (if provided), email address, the content of your message.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Server logs: when you visit anaximae.com, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical data including IP address, browser user-agent, referrer URL, timestamp and country code (derived from IP). This data is processed for security, fraud prevention and infrastructure operation.
- Language preference cookie: when you select a language manually from the language switcher, we store your choice in a cookie named
anaximae_lang(value:en,fr, orit) for 12 months. This cookie is strictly functional and does not require your consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or third-party tracking technologies. We do not display advertisements.

5. International transfers
Some of our processors (Cloudflare) may host or replicate data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

8. Children
Our website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we may delete it.
